PENERAPAN TRIASE AUSTRALIAN TRIAGE SCALE DAN TRIASE START TERHADAP LENGTH OF STAY IGD RUMAH SAKIT
Abstrak
Introduction : Throughput is a crowding condition in the ER referring to services from registration to disposition by doctors for MRS, KRS special actions. efforts to increase throughput in the ER to create a proper triage system. Length of Stay is used to see density and clinical performance. efforts can be made so that the LOS does not lengthen which will result in overcrowding by determining the right triage system to use. Methodology: This study is a descriptive analytic study using a cross-sectional study approach. Research Results and Discussion : Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the value of P = 0.982 was obtained, indicating that the LOS assessment was not effective with the ATS triage method used in the ER triage service. kindergarten. Chi-Square test results obtained a P value = 0.594, indicating that the LOS assessment is not effective with the START triage method used in triage services in the emergency department of the hospital. kindergarten.
